This one-of-a-kind Rubik’s Cube portrait replicates the rhythm of music and sound by contouring a pattern of cubes rising up from the artwork’s frame within. The end result creates a soft optical illusion where the image comes into full focus once the viewer observes the piece head-on. We utilize this effect on a variety of Rubik’s Cube mosaics in our collections. Custom colours, subject matter and sizes are available upon request.
